Plan your next birthday, shower, office holiday party or team gathering at The Hive in South Austin. Choose your space and service package, then add food, drinks and extras. Submit your selections and we will check availability, confirm the details and send your invoice.
Packages include a two-hour event and a complimentary 30-minute setup window for up to 30 total attendees, including children. Reserved areas are not a full-venue buyout. Planning for more than 30? Contact us for larger-event availability and pricing.

Gather $400
Reserved backyard picnic-table area, standard table setup, basic disposable place settings, setup and cleanup, and a booking contact. Food and beverages are selected separately. Guests order alcoholic drinks at our regular bar.
Experience $500
Choose an available covered pavilion, back playdeck or indoor event room. Includes standard linens, buffet setup, disposable place settings, setup and cleanup, and staff check-ins. Food and beverages are selected separately. Guests order alcoholic drinks at our regular bar.
Signature $650
Covered pavilion, back playdeck, or indoor event room Includes Experience services, a dedicated bartender, a dedicated event host and a standard selection of accent decor. Food and drinks, including alcohol, are selected separately.
Additional event hour, subject to availability: Gather or Experience $150; Signature $225. Events end by 10 PM.

Nonalcoholic beverages
Water included. Coffee urn $45 each, approximately twenty 12-ounce cups, with creamer and sugar. Lemonade and iced tea station $60 for up to 30 guests, replenished during the two-hour event.
Alcoholic Options
Guest-paid drinks: guests buy their own drinks at regular menu prices. Hosted drinks: prepay $250, $500 or $750 in drink credit. Choose beer and wine only, or beer, wine and cocktails. Drinks are charged against your credit at regular menu prices. Signature includes dedicated bar service; Gather and Experience use our regular bar.
Choose what happens when your hosted credit is used: guests purchase additional drinks, or authorize an additional host-paid amount. Any increase must be approved by the host. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older. No outside alcohol.
